How Hariett Harmen got he House of Commons to vote for censorship

On May 16 2008 the High Court rejected the taxpayer funded case brought by MP’s on our behalf to stop us seeing how our money was being spent by MP’s.
In respect of MP’s desire to prevent publication of the details of houses for which we were paying they said

“an individual who is determined to discover the residential address of an adult, law-abiding citizen is likely to be able to do so by one legal means or another”

What was the MP’s reaction to this? Change the law. On July 22 2007 Hariett laid before the house
Statutory Instruments
2008 No. 1967

Freedom Of Information
The Freedom of Information (Parliament and National Assembly for Wales) Order 2008

Of course the debate on this was feirce, NOT, as I think modern youth say. As you will see if you check Hansard, not a word was uttered about this attempt to place MP’s above the law of the land.
My own MP, Lorely Burt (Solihull) (LD), was actually one of the few in the house at the time. I have written to her about this.
I understood that we elected MP’s to challenge the government. Why is it that when the government is sneaking in legislation that places MP’s above the law and overturns a judgement made in the high court (a judgement that they didn’t challenge) not one of them has the bottle to do anything?

The rise and rise of Peter Mandleson

The rise and rise of Peter MandlesonFor those interested, Turner Films is showing this 1970 film that tells the story of Peter Mandleson’s life. It only demonstrates how clever Peter Cook was that he was able to make a film about Mandleson’s life three decades before it all happens.

Jimmy Hood MP – how much does it cost to buy Dalek?

jim Jimmy Hood MP how much does it cost to buy Dalek?Appaerently the going rate for buying an MP is between £5 – 10,000  a year according to the BBC.

This is what this particular Labour Dalek gets in backhanders to ask questions for  Scottish Coal. Hood (well named it seems) is a keen supporter of “clean” coal-well there’s a suprise, I wonder if he as keen a supporter of the massive destruction to his constituents lives caused by the entirely avoidable pollution and CO2 emissions potentially created by this untried, unproved and very, very, very expensive technology.

It seems that Hood is not happy with his salary, expenses and all the other stuff he already gets from the taxpayer, but needs another bung to campaign for more taxpayers money to be used to subside the disastrous coal industry. Nice work if you can get it.

Hopefully there will be another bye election in the pipeline as a result of this although my personal preference is for a prison sentance.

But will he take his tent?

griffin But will he take his tent?So here we go…fat Nicky has got a free ride to camp it up in Brussels courtesy of the same old Nazi voters and the self destruct button having been pressed by the Labour Party. Actually even fewer dim wits voted for him, but because there are very few people left who can stand to go out and vote for the shower in power Nicky and his “partner” Andy Brons will soon be enjoying the gravy train that is their right as members of the master race. Mandy – Deputy Prime Minister

225px Peter Mandelson%2C Spetember 2008 Mandy Deputy Prime Minister
First Secretary of State and Lord President of the Council, the Baron Mandelson, of Foy in the county of Herefordshire and Hartlepool in the county of Durham and our unelected, unwanted, unaccountable Deputy Prime Minister.
If it wasn’t for real you really could think we have slipped down the rabbit hole. Whatever next?

Dalek control to all Daleks

black dalek Dalek control to all Daleks

The Dalek central control has sent its message to all Daleks here. Thankfully leaked to Guido.

Our “£65,000 a year isn’t enough for the job we do” representatives in parliament obviously see that keeping the executive in check is best achieved, not be attempting to think for themselves, or by trying to represent the feelings of those who put them where they are; but rather by spouting nonsense penned by Mandy and the other black Daleks! Dalek Devine

darlek Dalek Devine
Senior party officials in Scotland referred Devine, the MP for Livingston, near Edinburgh, to the special endorsement panel after the Sunday Herald questioned several claims he made for electrical work on his London flat and for office shelving in his constituency.
So the Dalek Devine has a lot to say in his defence. He blames leaks and the press for exposing his little scam. (more…)

Daleks vs Cybermen

black dalek Daleks vs CybermenSo this is the end of the Labour Party? Not with a bang, but with a chipmunk resigning.

BNP and more copyright violations

Some months ago I had a little run in with the BNP’s “Redwatch” web site which posted publicly available stuff about me and encouraged various bone heads and child molesters to phone me, e mail me and sign me up for lots of silly mail. (more…)

How much does a Dalek cost.

darlek How much does a Dalek cost. Amidst the fuss about MP’s fiddles (sorry that should be expenses claimed within the rules) another factor is the claims they make for running their “offices”. Why an MP needs a “office” as well as all the facilities they get at the House of Commons is beyond me. But it is a good way of employing family, friends and careerists of all sorts.

The full details for last year can be seen here

Here’s my favorite Daleks costs.

Jim Devine takes r £22,893 for staying away from home, £21,274 for his “office” and a bargain £89,532 for staff. His other stuff costs us around £16,000. (more…)

Dalek Bites the dust- Jim Devine MP

darlek Dalek Bites the dust Jim Devine MP

So the first on my Darlek list, Jim “UP THE RA” Devine has been exposed by his “office manager”, chauffeur and “long term friend” Marion Kinley in today’s Sunday Herald Claiming £17,000 for being driven around his constituency (which must be the Highlands and Islands rather than Livingston to rack up that sort of mileage) whist paying his “office manager”, the long suffering Marion Kinley a total of £60 for the job. When did they become Daleks!

Redwatch suspended for breeching my copyright

Redwatch, a site run by the various child beaters and deluded morons who make up the BNP were recently kind enough to feature me. The used one of my photographs without my permission in a little piece encouraging their perverted paedophile followers to ring me up. Lots of them wasted large amounts of their social security payments ringing and texting my business number, leaving the usual rants and nonsense that you would expect of these weirdo’s. At least it meant that they gave their children a rest. (more…)

Some final words on the BNP

Just thought I would say a few final words on this issue as I am now very bored with the silly morons.
The BNP “security” squad and the threatened writ from Mr Lee John Barnes LLB (Hons), didn’t materialise. Sad really as I was hoping to get a few photographs.
