"I cannot accept that copyright infringement can ever be a cheaper route to publication than licensed use"

1. For any use of my images prior permission and payment if required must be sought and given by Pete Marshall.
   
2. All rights are reserved to Pete Marshal Please note all images are digitally marked, my copyright will be enforced.
3. Use of any image without prior agreement will be charged at the full commercial rate as indicated by the NUJ Freelance guidance.
4. All IMAGES will be produced digitally and provided to the CLIENT as JPEG files on CD/DVD or for download from my site.
5. Other format supplied on request. Pete Marshall retains the copyright to all IMAGES, in perpetuity.
6. Unless otherwise agreed, Credit must accompany all IMAGE reproductions and must read: “Photo © Year Pete Marshall.” IMAGE use will be as the licence conditions agreed.
7. Subject/Model Releases: Pete Marshal is not responsible for attaining Subject/Model Releases from individuals appearing in the IMAGES that may be required for commercial or other USE by the CLIENT.
8. Payment: Full payment to Pete Marshal is due within thirty days of the date of the assignment invoice (which shall accompany delivery of IMAGES).
9. Licensing and Syndication: Licenses or permissions not expressly stated in this agreement shall not be implied, and all rights not expressly granted to CLIENT are reserved to Pete Marshal.
10. No rights herein may be transferred, or assigned in whole or in part. No other USE rights are granted herein.

Image use constitutes agreement to all above conditions unless otherwise agreed
